As a project manager. You will serve as a key role within the technical department, leading and deeply participating in the software development, datacenter related operation and maintenance projects, not limited to design, development, deployment, and full lifecycle maintenance of the company's cross-border payment system. You need to have a high pursuit of quality and delivery, system stability, and security to ensure that the team can provide secure, stable, and efficient services to users worldwide.
Review customer PCB design packages (Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, etc.) for completeness, accuracy, and manufacturability.
Perform detailed DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFR (Design for Reliability) checks according to company and IPC standards.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve design or data discrepancies before production release.
Provide design recommendations that optimize manufacturability, yield, and cost. Develop and maintain DFM guidelines, design rules, and best practices based on fabrication capabilities.
Work closely with CAM Engineers to translate customer data into production-ready tooling and documentation.
SEO Infrastructure:
Responsible for the management and maintenance of the company website, optimizing website architecture and code to improve website authority and exposure and traffic on Google search engine; Keyword Ranking Optimization.
Monitor, analyze/evaluate website keywords, extract and track valuable long-tail keywords, set keyword strategies and optimize them; Internal and External Link Optimization:
Use internal/external/friendship links for traffic generation and on-site optimization, expand friendship link cooperation; Periodic Reporting.
Report optimization monitoring results and research findings periodically, generate periodic data reports and propose follow-up optimization plans; Competitive Tracking.
Regularly track competitor website traffic and conduct data analysis, analyze and summarize competitor SEO methods, and formulate and adopt practical optimization plans.
Material Receipt & Verification
Inspect and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders, packing lists, and project specifications.
Check for damage, quantity discrepancies, and proper documentation (e.g., MTCs,
certificates).
Quality Compliance
Ensure materials comply with applicable codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO). Review and validate Mill Test Certificates, third-party inspection reports, and traceability
documents.
Documentation & Reporting

Liaise with procurement, logistics, QA/QC, and offshore teams for timely clearance and dispatch.
Proceed routine project testing.
Develop and grow testing capability & capacity for lab operation.
